Owned by Dr. Omowale Satterwhite, 321 Bell St. is one of EPA's most important sites. It served as the headquarters of the incorporation movement that birthed the City of East Palo Alto. Over the years, Dr. Omo's Community Development Institute launched countless organizations out of this house. While the majority of our programming is based out of the EPA Educational Center (below), our headquarters are still on Bell St.
