Owned by Dr. Omowale Satterwhite, 321 Bell St. is one of EPA's most important sites. It served as the headquarters of the incorporation movement that birthed the City of East Palo Alto. Over the years, Dr. Omo's Community Development Institute launched countless organizations out of this house. The basement where EPA leaders have long gathered and strategized is now the L.I.P. Studio, which aims to keep that same spirit of community strength and cultural pride alive. The house also serves as the L.I.P. Headquarters, the College Initiative office and the shared office and program space of our new partner EPACenter Arts.

763 Green St . was built several years ago by the Sequoia Union High School District as the "EPA Educational Center." For a time it served as a continuation school site for the district who contracted us to teach music, Alive & Free and other classes there. After the district closed down the school, we were able to use the site to launch StreetCode Academy. It now serves as our SWAG headquarters.
